"⭐ Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe and Fraudulent This hotel is highly unprofessional and unsafe. Even with advance booking and advance payment, the hotel refused to provide a room on arrival. The staff behaved badly and refused to resolve the issue. The manager Amar, who took the advance payment himself, later denied both the booking and the payment. Instead of fixing the problem, the situation escalated badly. At midnight, the hotel involved outsiders to intimidate the guests, which was extremely disturbing and frightening. The matter was resolved only after police intervention, and only then was the refund forced. Without police involvement, the hotel clearly had no intention of returning the money. This place is not trustworthy and not safe for guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel completely, regardless of price or online photos."

Even after confirmed advance booking and full advance payment, the hotel flatly refused to provide the room upon arrival. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a deliberate act of cheating. The so-called manager, Amar, personally collected the advance payment and later denied both the booking and the money, displaying shocking dishonesty and zero accountability. The staff were aggressive, abusive, and completely unprofessional. What followed was terrifying: the hotel called outside goons in the middle of the night to threaten the guests instead of resolving the issue. This crosses every possible line and turns this place from a bad hotel into a criminally unsafe establishment. The situation became so severe that police had to intervene. Only because of police involvement were we able to force a refund. Without law enforcement, the hotel had no intention of returning the money. This is not a hotel — it is a scam operation. Staying here puts your money, safety, and peace of mind at serious risk. "This property is highly disappointing and nowhere close to what it claims to be. Despite charging like a premium corporate suite, the experience was worse than a budget stay. The AC was not working in the room. The main gate did not lock properly, raising serious safety concerns(Attaching Video) The customer service was completely unresponsive and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. The location may be in Sector 62 hub for IT People, but the surroundings feel completely rural and unprofessional for a so-called “corporate” hotel. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience — definitely not worth the price charged. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a genuine corporate stay. I talked thrice for the confirmation and told my checkin time. Still it was not confirmed and also denied giving me the room.not only this he refused to give my advance.. finally I had to call the Police to get through this situation.. Never ever ever book this hotel..."

There is no water coming from the taps, which is a basic necessity in any hotel. Additionally, no toiletries were provided, and there has been a complete lack of basic courtesy and service despite paying a significant amount. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer corporate suites. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless these fundamental issues are resolved."
